Terms of Use
In simple words
PropDost gives you tools to run your property business. We are a technology platform only. We are not a broker and not part of your deals. Your listings, leads and deals are yours and your responsibility. Be honest, respect other brokers, and we will get along well.
1. Who can use PropDost
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. If you sign up for a company or agency, you confirm you can bind it. In states where RERA registration is required to work as an agent, you are responsible for holding a valid registration.
2. What PropDost is, and is not
PropDost is a technology platform. It offers a broker website, property manager, lead dashboard, sharing links, broker map, builder properties and related tools. We are not a middleman, agent or party to any transaction. We do not verify every listing, person or project. You must check all information, properties and persons yourself before you deal.
3. Your account
Give true details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you add. Tell us quickly if you think someone else has got in.
4. Free month, plans and payment
- New accounts get 1 month free. Setup is free.
- After the free month, your chosen plan (Pro, Team or Enterprise) is charged monthly at the price shown on our pricing page. Taxes such as GST are added where they apply.
- You can cancel anytime from your account or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next charge.
- Payments already made for a month that has started are not refunded, unless the law says otherwise. Confirm this rule
- We may change prices with at least 30 days notice. The change applies from your next billing month.
5. Your content and listings
You own the listings, photos, videos, client details and other content you add. You give us permission to store, display and process it only to run PropDost for you, for example to show it on your website, or on the Broker Map if you choose to share it. You must have the right to upload it. Do not upload a property you are not authorised to list.
6. What you must not do
- Post false, misleading or fake listings, prices or reviews.
- Copy other brokers' data, scrape the platform or use it to spam people.
- Upload anything illegal, abusive or that breaks someone's rights.
- Try to break, overload or reverse engineer PropDost.
- Use PropDost to fix or agree common commission rates with other brokers.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Broker Map and lead registration
When you share a property or register a lead through the Broker Map, PropDost records who registered it and when. This record is meant to show who registered first. It is not a promise that a builder or broker will pay you. Commission rates and payments are agreed directly between you and the other party. PropDost does not set, publish or enforce commission rates. If a dispute happens, the timestamped record can be used as evidence, and any exclusivity period shown on the platform applies as displayed at the time of registration.
8. Ads and coming soon features
Some features, such as the Ad Campaign Manager, AI calling and voice entry, may be marked "coming soon" or in testing. They can change or be removed. If you run ads through PropDost, you follow the rules of Meta and Google, and you pay the ad platforms for the spend. We do not promise a number of leads or sales.
9. Our rights
PropDost, its design, name, logo and software belong to us. We give you a limited right to use them while your account is active. You may not copy or resell them.
10. Third party services
PropDost works with services such as hosting, WhatsApp messaging, payments, maps, Meta and Google. Their own terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their downtime or actions.
11. No promises on results, and limit of liability
PropDost is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be error free or available. We are not liable for any transaction made through the platform, or for lost deals, lost profit or indirect loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, to the extent the law allows.
12. Ending your account
You can stop using PropDost anytime. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, with notice where possible. After closing, you can ask us to export or delete your data as explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints and content removal
PropDost acts as an intermediary for content added by users. To report unlawful content or a complaint, write to our Grievance Officer using the details in the Privacy section below. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
14. Changes, law and courts
We may update these terms. If the change is important, we will tell you by WhatsApp, email or in the app. Continuing to use PropDost means you accept the update. These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, after we both first try to settle the matter by talking.
PropDost is a technology platform only. We are not a middleman, agent, or party to any transaction. Users must independently verify all information, properties, and persons before transacting. PropDost holds no liability for any transaction made through the platform.
